Soroptimist GWR Leadership Training Retreat group code is SOR. Rooms are 2 room Suites-2 Queen Beds for $114 plus local taxes and fees (14.195%): $136 per night. An additional charge of $10 per person will apply for Triple or Quad Occupancy. Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance with no cancellation fee. Cancellations within 48 hours prior to check-in are subject to the fee of one night’s room rate plus tax.
All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card. Additionally, guests may be expected to leave a valid credit card or cash deposit at the time of check-in. Rate includes complimentary breakfast and daily Manager’s Reception, on-site self-parking and Wi-Fi, heated pool and fitness center, and complimentary self-parking. Room rates are available to attendees for 3 days prior and 3 days post retreat dates.
RETREAT CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS:
In the event a registrant is not able to attend the conference, requests for refunds must be made in writing to Governor Liz Glowka at Lizg.gwr@gmail.com prior to the deadline. No refund will be approved after the deadline.
