About the Soroptimist Live Your Dream Awards
The Soroptimist Live Your Dream Awards assist women who provide the primary source of financial support for their families by giving them the resources they need to improve their education, skills and employment prospects. Every year, more than $2.9 million in education grants are awarded to over 2,000 women, many of whom have overcome enormous obstacles including poverty, domestic violence, and/or substance use disorder.
Although the awards address economic need and make a difference in a practical way, we know they also affect women in a personal way. Women who have received the award report an increase in self-confidence and self-esteem, and pride for being recognized for having the courage to change their lives.

Extraordinary Stories
Each year since 1972, Soroptimist has provided financial support to women striving to achieve their dreams despite having faced tremendous obstacles. Through the Live Your Dream Awards , Soroptimist has made it possible for these women to fulfill their potential despite domestic violence, sexual abuse, poverty, and other hardships. Live Your Dream Award Club Participation Reporting
In order for club participation in the Live Your Dream Awards to be recognized and for the club's recipient to be eligible for further awards, Soroptimist clubs must complete an online Live Your Dream Award participation report by the February 1st deadline. Read more
